My wife and I had the most fantastic experience with Tara. She was incredibly patient and never ever pressured us. She found us numerous listings and worked very hard to try and understand our needs and wants and find us a house that met our criteria. When we finally found it, she guided us throughout the negotiation and closing process and went the extra mile whenever and wherever possible. She even handled our inspection for us and was constantly available to us for questions or concerns we had throughout the entire process. If we ever buy or sell again we cannot imagine doing it without Taryn. She was simply that good.

Purchasing my new home, I encountered a few problems with the Home Owners Association. Taryn really went to bat for me. She made so many calls and meetings to ensure that the required information was obtained. She knew what was needed, she was tenacious is getting things done, and she was unfailingly professional and friendly.
